Tour guide Byron Abalos is an actor, playwright and producer whose play Remember Lolo won the NOW Magazine Audience Choice Award at the 2005 SummerWorks Festival. Byron is also Company Producer and Asian-Canadian Community Developer with fu-GEN Asian-Canadian Theatre Company, a member of Asiansploitation (an all-Asian sketch comedy troupe), and the playwright-in-residence at Carlos Bulosan Theatre, where he is developing his new play Brown Balls, which will have a mainstage production in May 2011.
